Not Connected to the Internet

If you are receiving the message "Not connected to the internet," the installation CD is not detecting an active internet connection. Be sure that you have an active internet connection when doing the installation process.

If you are using a laptop computer with Wi-Fi access, you must be connected to the internet before beginning the setup.

If you are still receiving this message, it's possible you have a firewall installed that is preventing the installation process to connect to the internet. You will need to adjust the settings of your firewall to grant access to the Nintendo USB Wi-Fi Connector before being able to complete the setup.
