Game Boy Player - Replacing the Game Boy Player Start-Up Disc

Please use the list below to determine your options for replacing the Game Boy Player Start-Up Disc:

  • Disc is misplaced/lost, or is physically damaged (scratches or cracks on disc, etc.):
    You can purchase a replacement from our Online Store, or by calling our Consumer Service Department at 1-800-255-3700 (Visa or MasterCard required).
  • Disc is not working properly (Disc cannot be read, etc.) :
